Do you offer picnics and sleepovers for both adults and children?

Yes we do! We offer a wide variety of themes to choose from! We can accomodate any sleepover theme for a childrens picnic.

When is payment required?

To book a date for your picnic or sleepover we require you to pay a $50 retainer/damage deposit. You will be invoiced for the remainder of your party 1 week before the event or cash payment on the party date prior to setup can be arranged.

Do you stay and host the party?

We do not stay and host the party; however, we ensure everything is set up and ready to go! We’ll return the next day and take care of the packing and removal of all rental items.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand things come up, if for any reason you are unable to continue with your booking, you will be refunded your deposit if your booking is cancelled within 14 days of your reservation. The $50 deposit is non-refundable if your booking is cancelled with less than 14 days of your event. If you need to reschedule for any reason, we will gladly offer you the next available date.

How far in advance do I need to book?

Please allow at least 4 weeks for party reservations. However, if you have an earlier request and we have an opening, we may be able to provide accommodations.

How are the set-ups cleaned and sanitized?

All the bedding is washed thoroughly with hypoallergenic detergent between each party. Decorative pillows and other items are disinfected with COVID-19 approved products after each event.

Are there age requirements?

The tents are best suited for ages 5 and over.

Can the tents be used outside?

No, our tents are for inside use only.

How do I book a rental with Tents and Dreams Sleepovers?

Fill out the contact form online, send us and email, or give us a call! All we need is a signed agreement, $50 deposit and half of your party total to secure your party date.

What type of payment is accepted?

We accept credit card payment exclusively through Honeybook. You will be sent a proposal via email containing the contract, invoice and payment details.

Do you deliver to surrounding areas?

Parties booked within Albuquerque and Rio Rancho are included in the package price. Outside of those areas, we can accommodate with an additional fee.

How long is the sleepover rental duration?

Party set up will occur the afternoon of your party to ensure they are all ready before your guests arrive. Set up will take between 1-2hrs (depending on theme selection, number of tents and any add-ons selected). The following day mid-morning we will return to pack up and remove all rental items, making it worry free for you!

Do our sleepover guests need to bring anything?

We provide all the goodies! The only thing they will need are their PJ’s and a pillow to sleep on.

How much space will I need?

Each tent and bed set up is 30 inches wide by 75 inches long. If you are unsure your space can accommodate the tents, please let us know the size of the space and we can work out a layout that fits. You will need to have the area clear of all furniture/other decor before we arrive so that set up goes smoothly!

How long is the picnic rental duration?

Each picnic rental is priced for 2 hours. Additional hours may be added for $50 per hour.

Can luxury picnics be outdoor or indoor?

Yes! Our luxury picnics can be setup wherever you would like!

How does it work?

We deliver, setup and style your desired rental at the desired location. When you're all done, we'll return to break down settings and collect rental items. Stress free planning!
